Hello! Welcome.

Hi I’m Kurt–this is my blog. I’m a UT Austin engineering graduate. My MBTI personality type is ENFP (at least, my last test says so) and I’m 21 years old.

I reblog anime art, gifs, music, memes, as well as a few video game stuff, and a few cute tumblr posts. I don’t do SJW stuff or recent news stuff–I dislike reading them, so I don’t share them as well.

I post boring anime gifs (rare nowadays, if I post them they usually are just textless versions of my graphics), make a few graphics, live blog a lot, post permissioned art, , and do personal posts, usually about the aforementioned stuff. I also do anime season previews and anime news updates on shows that I care about a lot. I don’t do season reviews, but I did a yearly review last year and I plan on doing one this year as well. Also I do Suzumiya Sunday, where I spam my waifu.

I’m currently not a very big blog, around 2500 followers at time of editing, and because of tumblr bots, that’s realistically only like 1000 active people. But I do answer all asks and my IMs are open to all. I talk a lot in my tags (pretty sure half my followers are just reading my tags) and I would really enjoy talking to you people. Tumblr is supposed to be a social platform after all.

My queue is sometimes on at 15 posts/day (I'm bad at filling it...). On Sundays however it is usually 50/day. For more spam I would suggest my friend @jazzmasterreissue‘s blog and for more art I suggest my other friend @xdeyuix‘s blog. My queue is always only anime art/gifs/whatever that have already finished (or very long ongoing series like Naruto), as I don’t like delaying posts of currently relevant stuff. I tag things that would be in poor taste for viewing in public with “lewd” and then I tag blatantly R18 stuff as “nsfw" and I apologize if I miss a post. I do not tag spoilers, though I don’t tend to post them in the first place. I also do not tag characters, outside of a few that are my favorite.

I like Slice of Life anime, particularly those of the older college and work life time frames. Action tend not to be my favorites, so don’t expect Attack on Titan stuff or anything like that from me. I’m somewhat well versed in anime studios and production and my favorite studios are KyoAni, PA Works, and Bones. I also have two rarely updated side blogs: @matthew-kyrielite (video game waifu <3) and @haruhi-ism (animu waifu <3). Yes, I am incredibly excited for Violet Evergarden. Here’s my MAL.

I like animation in general and am a huge fan of Western Animation (get pump for Samurai Jack!) as well as video games. I tend to like RPGs for their story aspect and tendency to massive universes, but I’ll play most things. I don't keep up with current live action movies or television shows except for a few super big blockbusters (Sherlock comes to mind).
